Turn complex problems into measurable results with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

We have been delivering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training for the past ten years. It combines theoretical input with practical classroom exercises, an individual project and project sparring.

The training combines the classical Six Sigma elements with the latest digital optimization theory. All our training activities can be turned into real business improvements.
Our course complies with the Ohio State University (OSU) Fisher College of Business standard.

Curriculum

The Lean Six Sigma Training is divided into 5 phases and 4 modules.

Each module supports the candidate with all relevant theory for that project phase.

50% theory,
50% exercise

We believe that theoretical knowledge alone does not ensure effective application in real-world contexts. Therefore, our training programs are designed to combine theory with practical exercises that reinforce learning and enable participants to confidently apply concepts in practice. Please find a highlight of the exercises the candidates are presented for.

The catapult helps the candidate to put theory around DoE and PF/CE/CNX/SOP into practice.

The Red Bead Exercise helps participants experience how system design, variation, and management practices drive performance more than individual effort.

The NDC case enables candidates to gain hands-on experience applying the phases of the DMAIC methodology in practice.
